Free Resources to Learn Ruby/Rails

Over the past year I’ve been trying to learn Ruby on Rails. Being a college kid on a budget, I don’t have a lot of money to devote to learning Rails. Thankfully, the Rails community is constantly pushing out new tutorials, aimed to teach newbies how to program.
